  I went in to buy wonton soup from the counter service. It took an incredibly long time then I asked for my "free crispy noodles with soup purchase" and they said no. I pointed to the sign that was posted on the glass. She asked another lady and she just said no with no explanation and walked away. I think that was bad business the crispy noodles only cost 75 cents! Why would you not honor your sign for a 75 cent item??? I guess I will just shop somewhere else, plenty of Asian food restaurants in the area.
